Patrick Gilbert


Patrick has assisted founder-owned companies, private equity and strategic investors at all levels and has been involved on transactions ranging in value from $5 million to $3 billion. Prior to T7 Partners, Patrick led direct investing for a high net worth family focused on the middle of the food supply chain. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and holds a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and the author of The Heart of the Deal: What If Your Buyer Cared about Your Business as Much as You.


Steve Martin


Steve has more than 30 years of advisory and transaction experience, including consulting with clients on enterprise change initiatives, buy and sell-side business transactions, outsourced management and turnaround, and financial modeling with a focus on companies with revenues between $10 million to $250 million. Steve has successfully managed more than 20 enterprise-wide strategic change projects, including implementations of enterprise information technology. All change projects were designed to support growth, create a competitive strategic position and/or create infrastructure to aid in enhanced value of the company. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rob Lehman


Rob has held multiple C-Suite positions over his 30+ year career with a specific focus in finance, systems and process improvement. He has led teams in ERP system design, selection, and implementation, M&A diligence, and has developed hundreds of customized financial and operational reporting systems to streamline management reporting. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from St. Joseph's College.

The Executive Partner Group is a select group of former business owners and management team executives who have industry expertise.
